CPD Training

Our CPD courses are created where gaps in practice cause real harm — from unmet needs in the field to issues highlighted by government.

Each course turns these gaps into structured, practical training that strengthens services where it matters most.

Problem

Across frontline services there is no structured training that bridges professional expertise with immigration law.

As a result, skilled practitioners are left without the tools to recognise legal issues, and vulnerable people lose access to support they should rightfully receive.

By closing this gap, our courses strengthen both the confidence of practitioners and the protection of those they serve.

For Whom

For professionals supporting migrants in practice

Our CPD training is designed for professionals who already excel in their own fields — social workers, NGO staff, educators and frontline caseworkers. Yet many of them lack grounding in immigration law, which means those they support may miss out on the full spectrum of help available. Our courses give non-lawyers the essential legal knowledge they need, tailored to the real challenges they face in practice.

Principles

Our Training Principles

We design our CPD courses around clear principles to make them practical, accessible and trustworthy.

Practical relevance

Each course is built on real cases and field needs, ensuring the knowledge gained can be applied immediately in daily work with migrants.

Accessibility

Content is written in plain language, delivered online, and structured so that both non-lawyers and legal professionals can use it with confidence.

Evidence-based

All materials are aligned with official policy and enriched with anonymised case experience, providing participants with reliable and up-to-date knowledge.

How it helps

Closing gaps that leave people behind

Our CPD courses gives frontline professionals the tools to spot immigration issues they would otherwise miss. That means migrants receive fuller, fairer support, and services work more smoothly for everyone involved. What starts as practical help on the ground becomes lasting improvement across the system.

How we plan to grow

Building the next layer of support

We are expanding into new topics where gaps are most visible — from challenges raised in the field to areas flagged in official reports. Future courses will bring in more interactive content and an AI assistant to help navigate resources. Step by step, we are making training more accessible, responsive and ready to meet tomorrow’s needs.
