About FairGo

Connecting people, practice and systems through justice.

Fairgo is a UK Community Interest Company that unites a pro bono clinic, CPD training and AI tools. Together they form one model linking lived experience, frontline practice and systemic change — with the shared aim of making fairness part of every stage in the migration journey.

Our mission

Our mission is to help people and the system meet where justice is the common ground. We build that ground through clinics, training and technology — making it clearer, fairer and open to all.

Our History

Our History

2022

First steps

Began as a small volunteer initiative, sharing resources and creating space for those navigating unclear and often unfair procedures.

2023

Building a community

Launched Global Talent: How To as a peer-to-peer hub where experiences were exchanged and guides created, making the process less isolating and more transparent for thousands of members.

2024

Becoming a clinic

Evolved into Global Talent: How To — Pro Bono Clinic, offering structured support with licensed advice and introducing our first AI bot to assist the community.

2025

Becoming FairGo CIC

Registered as a UK Community Interest Company, bringing together clinic, training and technology under one framework recognised nationally.

Today

A growing model

Preparing to launch our first CPD courses and expand new AI tools for migrants, clinics and public institutions — scaling fairness and access across people and systems.

Our purpose

We exist to make access to justice more than an abstract right — to make it work in practice for migrants, frontline professionals and the systems that serve them. Fairgo builds bridges between people and institutions, creating common ground where fairness can grow.

We build fairness into practice.

Fairgo brings together three strands of work — a pro bono clinic, CPD training and AI tools. Each strand responds to real gaps: giving people direct support, equipping professionals on the frontline, and creating technology that makes systems more transparent. Together they form one model of access to justice, grounded in lived experience and open to all.

Who we serve

We support migrants, frontline professionals, NGOs and institutions — bringing them together on the common ground of justice.

Behind FairGo

From lived experience to systemic change

Fairgo was born out of lived experience: confronting an opaque system and seeing how it breaks lives. From that moment grew a decision — to step into immigration law, to merge a tech background with a commitment to fairness, and to build a platform that helps people and systems meet on common ground of justice.

Justice falters when systems speak a language people cannot understand.
